November 2010 and Health Care Bill

Democrats are going to lose their seats in November of this year. Not because they support the health care bill, but because they don't know what the hell they do support and mumble and stumble around this reform, not sure if they are for or against or what. Lack of resolve and leadership and generally acting like little girls, who don't know what they want is what will do them in come November.

USPS Shipping labels on a Mac

Some morons at USPS decided to fix what aint broke and went ahead and screwed up shipping label printing thing. They dont print with Safari under OSX any longer. Congratulations USPS, job well done.

In any case printing shipping labels no longer works with Safari, as they dont use Java any longer. In order to print a shipping label, you oughtta use Firefox and when a dialog opens asking to open/save a "printing servlet.blah blah.blah" you have to save that file, change the extension from "servlet whatever" to .pdf, open this pdf and print it. It is the label.

iPhone not syncing with iCal

In order to fix this, you need to open iSync, go to preferences and delete sync history. Then you must log off from OSX, log back in, relaunch iTunes and it will work.
